Nightlife in French Riviera

Here are just a couple of places where to go out in French Riviera.. All the summer starting from film festival in May till late September there are loads of fabulous parties to attend in french riviera. Clubbing, beach parties, drinking wine with friends in tapas bars… there is something to do every night.

The biggest choice of nights out is in Cannes. Most restaurants, bars and clubs are by La Croisette.  Bars are usually open till 2am but clubs are open till early morning. my favourite clubs are The Palais club (open only in summer, famous dj’s and artists every night, expensive entry, table bookings-worth booking one n sharing a bottle)  and Baoli (smaller but has a great atmosphere, usually no admission, but quite far from centre of Cannes-30min walk by the beach).

Cannes film festival kick starts summer with lots of wild parties like this one with will.i.am. If u are lucky enough-you can end up on the stage like us:

If you fancy something different – realllllllllly different –Disco 7 is club with techno music where I saw a transvestite show.. not your regular club I would say.

Bars! Morrison’s Irish pub – nice and relaxed pub. Villa Romana is a chic place to dine or have  cocktail before going out.

Riviera party boat – is the way how to spend your day – cruise, enjouy the view, swim, dance, tan, enjoy live music and boose. Is not cheep but good value for money- ‘sail and party’ 65euros and just ‘party’ 50euros (includes food and drinks). I recommend sail and party to have a chance to look around asweell.

Antibes has severel nice pubs mainly by the port like La Gaffe and Hop store (busy irish pub).

Juan les Pins  – my favourite cocktail place is Le Pam Pam which is right in the centre. There  are many bars and restaurants next to Pam Pam.. and clubs. Le Village is a club that actually looks like a little villige an has a big dance floor (usually 10euro cover). Le M-club (or Minimal) is a smaller club and also near by (boulevard Wilson) playing house music. Le Milk is trendy but small club.

Wayne’s is a pub with live music in Old Nice, where you can watch live sports aswell. High Club is just by the beach on the Promenade des Anglais – just our average techno/electronica club. Couple more clubs: Barrio Latino, Le Suite, Le Ghost…

Last but definately not least is one of my favourites – Karement club in Monaco. I know I am repeating myself-but it is an amazing club.
