Swiss International Air Lines or Swiss air is quickly becoming one of my favorite airlines in Europe. Feeding free Swiss chocolate and wine on-board is the way to make your customers like you. It certainly worked on me.
Now when most short haul airlines don’t provide free snacks on-boad, it is a great way to get ahead of your concurrents. But if you do – the make sure its good quality – like that swiss chocolate :)
To be honest I prefer direct flights to save time. But even though Swiss air provides hub-and-spoke flights, flying through Zurich wasn’t that bad at all.. Swiss service makes up for the time.
And their plane to San Francisco is the cutest one ever!
Just came back from a 2 week vacation and flew Swiss, Alitalia, Aegean, Olympic, and on the way back Air Canada. I have to agree Swiss rocks!! From the the chocolate to the crew(cute). Air Canada lame. But at least I got home safe.
